Very private and quiet suite with four windows overlooking our soccer field and views to Welch and Dickey Mountains. Queen bed and a twin bed in a private alcove. Sitting area and great storage for extended stays.

Booking and Rate Information

  • Rates listed are per night, double occupancy.
  • Due to Covid-19, we currently request a two night stay.
  • +$25 for additional Adults
  • +$15 for Children under 18.
  • Single occupancy – Deduct $20 from room rate.
  • Call for special group rates and exclusive rentals

  • Peak season runs December 20 – January 2
  • February President’s weekend
  • Ski Weekends/Holiday weekends
  • September 25 – October 25
  • 8.5% state tax is always additional.

Mountain Fare Cancellation Policy:

  • 48 hour cancellation during non-peak weekends and mid-week within which you are fully responsible for your reservation unless we are able to re-book.
  • 15 day cancellation period during Holiday and peak season within which you are fully responsible for your rental unless we are able to re-book.
  • 30 day cancellation on all Exclusive Rentals
