Booking and Rate Information
- Rates listed are per night, double occupancy.
- Due to Covid-19, we currently request a two night stay.
- +$25 for additional Adults
- +$15 for Children under 18.
- Single occupancy – Deduct $20 from room rate; Holidays may be excluded.
- Call for special group rates and exclusive rentals
Mid-Week Rates *inquire about any mid-week specials, if applicable
Peak Season Rates
- Peak season runs December 20 – January 2
- February President’s weekend
- Ski Weekends/Holiday weekends
- September 25 – October 25
- 8.5% state tax is always additional.

Mountain Fare Cancellation Policy:
- 48 hour cancellation during non-peak weekends and mid-week within which you are fully responsible for your reservation unless we are able to re-book.
- 15 day cancellation period during Holiday and peak season within which you are fully responsible for your rental unless we are able to re-book.
- 30 day cancellation on all Exclusive Rentals
